Assisting companies to have access in international markets and improve the internationalisation process within the EEN services. Assisting SME for business issues in terms of growth, access to finance and innovation support up to increasing the competitiveness on a Single market. Responding to inquiries from clients on relevant EU matters, SME internationalization and in charge of promoting EEN services to SME’s. Specialist: Business and Resilience

Advising companies on how to integrate digital technologies into their business models to improve their efficiency, such as some modes of artificial intelligence tools, internet, e-commerce, etc. Providing business advices for the companies, especially on how to anticipate and prepare for disruptions and strengthen the resilience of SME business models in their value chain. Providing advisory services helping individual Network clients access to relevant EU funding programmes, finance and other support mechanisms. Organizing and supporting companies’ events, brokerage events, conferences, company missions and investor pitching sessions, as well as events on local, regional, and European level, and worldwide level, as USA, UK and China. Organising pitching sessions, training activities with the potential investors. Assisting companies access to EU funding, and other types of finance, including banks, public finance schemes, venture capital, and business angels, and alternative sources of finance like crowdfunding. Providing advisory services on EU legislation and policies in the Single Market, legislation watch services, alerting SMEs to new EU and national legislation to help clients tackle specific barriers they may face in the Single Market. Responding to inquiries from clients on relevant EU matters, SME internationalization and in charge of promoting EEN services to SME’s. Experienced in developing, connecting and exchanging information, organized B2B at both local, regional and international level. Specialist: Sustainability

Provides support to SMEs, business assistance and promoting EEN services. Assisting SMEs for business issues in terms of growth, access to finance and energy-efficiency, and other information activities that are relevant in the local business and innovation support ecosystem to increase the SMEs competitiveness on a Single market. Experienced in organizing events/meetings, brokerage events, company missions and investor pitching sessions on local, regional, European and worldwide level, as China and USA, helping SMEs to grow and become more competitive. Member of Sector Groups Electronics and Tourism and Thematic groups Sustainability and Internationalisation.

Specialist: Business and Quality

Providing support and consultancy to SMEs, related to implementation of ISO Management standards (doing survey, preparing an action plan, designing a QMS documentation, providing training for standard’s requirements, auditing and pre assessment. As a Quality Chamber coordinator since 2008 consultanting SMEs for implementation of International management standards like: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Consultant for HACCP and HALAL implementation. Provides innovation and IT support to SMEs for increasing the competitiveness on a Single market. Experienced in designing and preparing publications and advertising materials as well as collected SMEs’ feedback, provided analysed data, and regular dissemination of information of B2B’s for SMEs. Experienced in standardised published digital information’s as websites, newsletters, and videos, standardised published printed information material as leaflets, flyers, and brochures, technical IT supports of the events and information campaigns.
