The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is proud to be part of the joint publication “Western Balkans Start-up Ecosystem at a Crossroads”, developed in collaboration with the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).
This comprehensive report provides the first evidence-based overview of the start-up landscape across the Western Balkans Six (WB6), highlighting the region’s growing innovation potential as well as key challenges — from limited access to finance and fragmented markets to ongoing talent mobility.
Through this partnership, EEN reaffirms its commitment to fostering stronger regional collaboration and knowledge exchange, working hand in hand with European and Western Balkan partners to enhance innovation capacity, empower SMEs and strengthen cross-border connectivity.
