Register for the workshop where participants will learn about the Service Innovation Methodology (SIM) and how to support digitalization efforts by implementing it in their companies. The methodology is developed for manufacturing SMEs during the Interreg Central Europe project Things+ and tested in 90+ companies in 9 countries.

Servitization is a process of creation of new services that are based on existing products already offered by a company. This eventually leads to improving the offering by adding additional services to existing product (product-service systems) or even replacing the product with an innovative service. Also, servitization fosters digitalization of manufacturing SMEs by creating new revenue streams based on digitalized products and maximizes the potential of the Industry 4.0 infrastructure.

Participants will learn about the Service Innovation Methodology (SIM) and how to support digitalization efforts by implementing it in their companies. The methodology is developed for manufacturing SMEs during the Interreg Central Europe project Things+ and tested in 90+ companies in 9 countries.

The event is organized in scope of Interreg Central Europe project Boost4BSO and it will be held in English language.
